Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your trust and support in this nomination. Change is in the air and Ottawa South is now that much closer.

I am deeply honored by the opportunity to serve our community, and I am committed to getting to work right away to address the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead as we build Ottawa South into an election-winning machine.

Let’s continue to move forward with the same spirit of collaboration and determination that brought us here. There is lots of work to do, so if you want to help out, reach out to me today at info@blairturner.ca

I KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO PUT DUTY BEFORE SELF.

For almost two decades, my mission has been to serve and protect the communities in which we live.

I spent over 10 years as a police officer in uniform on the front lines before being promoted to Detective Constable in the Organized Crime Bureau, Guns, Gangs and Drug Enforcement Unit, where I worked prior to joining the Major Crimes, Special Investigations Unit.

Being a police officer taught me that only through Common Sense approaches will we make our cities safer and our country stronger.

MY PLEDGE TO YOU

BRING BACK COMMON SENSE

Axe the tax, Build the homes, Fix the budget, stop the crime.

safe streets

End the revolving-door policies of our justice system for the well-being and security of our community.

END THE
COST-OF-LIVING CRISIS

Stop inflationary policies and restore sound and accountable fiscal management.

BAN HARD DRUGS

Fund treatment and recovery,
not enabling addiction.

CHANGE IS IN THE AIR

As your Ottawa-South CPC Candidate, I will join
Pierre Poilievre’s team and change things for the better.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME

  • Maintaining my steadfast opposition to the carbon tax
  • Working hard to win support in all parts of our riding, and never neglecting our hard-working families
  • Preserving the well-being of seniors, who are contending with rises in the cost of living as well as being called on to support their children and grandchildren.
  • A public safety advocate, protecting the rights of Canadians to feel safe in their own neighbourhood.

HARD WORKING & RESPONSIBLE

For almost two decades, my mission has been to serve and protect the communities in which I work.

As your candidate, this will continue to be my mission. I will work to restore public safety, accountability, affordability and common sense on behalf of the residents of Ottawa-South.

I was born and raised in Ottawa-South where I lived for 22 years in South Keys, Greenboro and Hunt Club areas. I became a police officer in 2006 and have been proudly serving my community ever since.

I spent over 10 years of my career as a police officer in uniform on the frontlines before being promoted to Detective Constable in the Organized Crime Bureau, Guns, Gangs and Drug Enforcement Unit where I worked for several years prior to joining the Major Crimes, Special Investigations Unit, Internet Child Exploitation. My experience as a police officer has taught me that only through common sense approaches will we make our communities safer and our country stronger.

I always knew that I would return home to Ottawa, which I did four years ago with my wife and two young children. I volunteer a great deal of my time with the Metcalfe District Hockey Association as well as within my community. I like to stay active physically by playing hockey, golf, tennis and I thoroughly enjoy fishing with my children.

My late father, Barry Turner, was the last elected Conservative MP in our riding of Ottawa-South. I am proud of the work he accomplished for our community then, and with your valuable help and support, I intend on turning Ottawa-South blue again!
